How do I return an item?
To start a return, visit your Orders page. From there, you can select the item(s) you'd like to return and choose a return reason. We'll email you a prepaid shipping label to send the item back to us. Once we receive the item, we'll issue a refund to your original form of payment within 3-5 business days. Note that all items must be returned in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with tags attached) to be eligible for a refund.
What is your return policy?
Our return policy allows you to return items within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in their original condition with tags attached. We offer free returns for store credit or exchanges. If you prefer a refund to your original payment method, a small restocking fee may apply. Custom orders and clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned.
Can I exchange an item?
Yes, you can exchange items within 30 days of purchase. Visit our store with your item and receipt, and our staff will assist you with the exchange process. For online purchases, you can initiate an exchange through your account on our website. Please note that exchanged items must be of equal or lesser value to avoid additional charges.
How long does it take to process a return?
Once we receive your return, it typically takes 3-5 business days to process. After processing, refunds are usually issued within 24 hours. However, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card company. For exchanges, we aim to ship your new item within 1-2 business days after receiving your return.
I received a damaged or incorrect item. What should I do?
We apologize for any inconvenience. If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team immediately. You can reach us by phone, email, or through the chat feature on our website. Please have your order number ready and, if possible, take photos of the damaged or incorrect item. We'll arrange for a free return shipping label and expedite a replacement or refund for you, depending on your preference.
How many showroom locations do you have?
We have four locations: Springfield, Holyoke, West Springfield, and Suffield. Each location offers a unique selection of furniture and decor items. Please note that our Suffield location is a warehouse for customer pick-up only and does not have a showroom.
What are your store hours?
Our store hours vary by location. Springfield and West Springfield are open Monday-Saturday 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM, and Sunday 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM (11:00 AM - 5:00 PM for West Springfield). Holyoke is open Monday-Saturday 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM and closed on Sundays. The Suffield warehouse is open Tuesday-Saturday 10:00 AM - 4:30 PM (4:45 PM on Tuesdays) and closed on Sundays and Mondays. We recommend checking our website or calling the specific location for the most up-to-date hours.
