Premium Full-Service Delivery

With Dreamdecor's Premium Delivery, we make furniture setup effortless. We deliver to your room of choice, unpack, fully assemble, and install your furniture. Sit back and relax while we do the heavy lifting!

Delivery Times

  • Orders are delivered within 5-7 days.
  • Delivery services are available between 8:00 am and 8:00 pm.
  • A 3-hour delivery window is provided the night before your scheduled delivery.

Delivery Appointments Confirmation

  • We will contact all customers by email, text, and phone to confirm their delivery date.

30-Minute Call Ahead

  • We will notify you 30 minutes before our arrival.

Pre-Delivery Inspection

  • All products are assembled and inspected in our warehouse to ensure quality.

Full-Service Assembly

  • We place all furniture in the room of your choice, assemble, mount hardware, plug in cords, and test to ensure everything is working properly.

Clean Up

  • All packaging materials are removed and prepared for recycling.

Additional Charges

  • Delivery appointments after 5 PM will incur a $30 upgrade charge.
  • Deliveries above the 2nd floor will incur a $50 charge per level.
  • All charges are to be paid prior to delivery.

Exclusions

  • We cannot guarantee a fit.
  • We cannot remove or rearrange existing furniture.
  • Ensure a clear path and cover exposed floors on the day of delivery.

Damage Reporting

  • You have 1 day to alert us of any damages or defects.
  • Any damage must be reported to Customer Care within one (1) day after delivery and will require clear photographs to arrange appropriate services. For minor damages, Dreamdecor will provide in-home repair service.

FAQ

What does the delivery charge cover?

The delivery charge is for a one-time delivery service per order. Any damages or issues found at the time of delivery will be covered or replaced by the company in a timely manner.

What if I find an issue with my item after delivery?

If you find an issue within the warranty (typically 6-12 months) term after taking delivery, you are responsible for bringing the item back to the location of purchase or pickup. If you prefer to have it picked up and redelivered, a one-time delivery/service charge will be assessed. This charge will be the same as the usual delivery charge.

How much is the service charge?

The service charge is $75 per trip, plus the cost of replacement, additional delivery/service fee.

What is considered a set/group?

Sets are defined as: sofa & loveseat, 10 pc sectional, 10 pc bedroom set, bunk bed, TV stand/fireplace, dinette set, any size bed alone. Each of these items counts as one set. Example: If you purchase a sofa & love seat set, a 3 pc coffee table set, a bunk bed, and a TV stand, it totals 4 sets/groups/rooms.

Can you remove or pick up items?

Yes, but only mattress sets. If you purchase a mattress set, we can remove/pick up your old set. The removal quantity must match the quantity purchased (e.g., purchased 1 queen set, can remove/pickup 1 queen set). The removal charge is $45.00.

What items are difficult and time-consuming to set up?

Items that are not assembled like beds, canopy beds, TV stands, fireplaces, coffee tables, dinettes, bunk beds, trundle beds, day beds, futons, and chairs are difficult and time-consuming to set up.

What should I consider regarding the fit of my items?

Consider the space for living room sets, full/queen box springs, large headboards, and dressers. Customers should measure their space to ensure items will fit prior to purchase.

What happens if the merchandise does not fit?

If items do not fit, customers can either take possession of handling, exchange the order for another product (re-delivery charges will apply), or return the order. Approved returns will incur a minimum restocking fee of 25% of the purchase price.

Can my order be expedited?

Typically most orders are delivered within 3-7 days from your purchase date. Schedule permitting, orders may be expedited to meet your needs.

Do I have to be home for my delivery?

You are not required to be home to receive your delivery, however we ask that someone over the age of 18 to be present at the time of delivery and to sign on your behalf.

Can I come to the store and pick up my order?

Most of our items are stocked in our warehouse in Suffield CT. Only a limited selection of mattresses and floor models are available for pickup at a store location. Currently, we do not offer transfer services to one our store locations.

How can I submit a delivery claim?

Please contact us within one day of your delivery to report any damages or defects. Clear photographs are required. For minor damages, Dreamdecor will provide in-home repair service.
