Refund & Return Policy

All sales at Dream Décor are final, and refunds are not offered. Special orders and layaway purchases are not subject to cancellation under any circumstances.

Order Availability & Delivery

Merchandise availability is estimated based on information available at the time the order is placed. Dream Décor is not responsible for delays caused by manufacturer scheduling, material availability, transportation issues, or any other factors beyond our control. While we can designate a delivery day, we cannot guarantee a specific delivery time. Customers are responsible for measuring doorways, hallways, and stairways prior to purchase, as we are not responsible for items that cannot fit into the home.

Exchanges, Cancellations & Restocking Fees

All exchanges and cancellations are subject to approval. If approved, a minimum restocking fee of 30% of the purchase price will apply to all returns, exchanges, or cancellations. Special orders and layaway items are not eligible for cancellation.

Layaway Policy

Layaway purchases cannot be canceled. Buyers must complete full payment by the agreed due date. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of any prior payments made toward the layaway.

Warranties

Dream Décor does not provide warranties beyond the manufacturer’s warranty, if applicable. However, we are happy to assist customers in processing and exercising factory warranty claims when available.

Area Rugs & Accessories

Area rugs and accessories may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of purchase, provided a valid receipt is presented and the items are in original condition.
